How easy is it to install Qeeps?
Once you have purchased your Qeeps license, you will be can be up and running, and be watching from your mobile phone in no time at all.
Your Qeeps service is installed in two parts - first of all you set up your DVR unit to be monitoring and recording the areas you would like. Then simply activate your license from the Qeeps web site, download the player to your phone and go! More information on installation is here.
What type of phones can run Qeeps?
The supported phone models are shown on our compatibility list. More handsets are released regularly, so please contact us if you would like to use a device that is not listed.
What DVRs can be accessed through Qeeps?
Qeeps is already compatible with a wide range of industry leading DVRs - and we are always working on more. The supported DVRs are shown on our DVR Compatibility list.
Can you sell me a DVR or security system?
Of course! The Qeeps team will take your requirements and recommend a simplified
choice of solutions to match your budget. This is based on in-depth experience of
the equipment available – Qeeps has had to integrate with all the leading types.
Qeeps will also assist in provision of your broadband (needed for live viewing),
addressing and router configuration, recommending and managing any communications
requirements for you.

Do I need a special connection to my DVR?
No, the only thing you need is a compatible DVR connected to the Internet via a broadband connection.
Where can I access my Qeeps system from?
The clever thing about Qeeps is it uses what is know as GPRS, and the great thing about GPRS is that it covers most of the developed world. This means that if you have a qeeps activated DVR in you home in Spain and you happen to be in New Zealand and you want to check your property from your phone you can.
